Who the heck am I?

My name is Sean, and I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2005. Sports and fitness have been a staple in my life since childhood-from playing baseball through college to studying Exercise Science. This, combined with my passion for helping others, made it it an easy decision to pursue a career in fitness.

A New Jersey native, I started my career in New York City before moving to Denver, where I now live with my wife and two children. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of settings with people from all walks of life- learning from some amazing coaches and clients along the way.

Health and wellness are serious pursuits, but they should also be fun. Whether we are working in person, remote, or somewhere in between, I make it a priority to learn what makes you. Data matters, but so does the human behind it.

The bottom line is this: fitness, health and helping people improve their overall well-being are my passions. I’ve dedicated my life to providing the best possible service and experience to every client I work with. My competitive days are behind me, but I still love to train, to compete with myself and to stay ready-because movement fuels everything else in life. Working with like-minded, busy adults, fires me up every day. My goal is to make your life outside the gym more enjoyable, no matter the activity. If this resonates with you, let’s connect and see if it’s a good fit. Let’s have some fun-and get fit in the process.

My Approach:

General Physical Preparation (GPP) is at the heart of what I do. It’s about developing balanced, sustainable physical conditioning across strength, endurance, speed, and mobility-all the qualities that keep you performing well for life.

This approach is designed for former athletes and busy adults who still want to train hard and smart, even while juggling the demands of work, family, and life. Using principles I’ve refined over years in the field, I’ll build a program tailored to your needs, abilities, and limitations-whether we’re training remotely, or in person.

At its core this is the Forever Athlete philosophy-the belief that athleticism doesn’t have an expiration date. It’s not about chasing numbers or living in the gym; it’s about staying capable, resilient, and ready for whatever life throws your way. Once an athlete, always an athlete-just playing the long game now.
