4 week General Physical Prepardeness (G.P.P)
Base training program to improve strength, work capacity, and mobility.
Designed for former athletes and active adults that may be dealing with some pain but want to continue training safely and meet the demands of an active lifestyle. This is a remote/semi remote training program, depending on location and availability. Drawing from years of trial and error a specific plan will be tailored to fit your individual needs, and will account for any limitations. It will not be cut and paste, one size fits all routine. I enjoy taking time to learn about each person so I can better understand your wants and needs. After completing the initial questionnaire a 30 minute call will be scheduled to further discuss the specifics before moving forward.
4*, 8, and 12 monthly workout options.
Will include an initial assessment, in person or virtual.
2-3 weekly workout options, delivered through the Train Heroic app (included)
Remote and Hybrid options available.
For remote training one weekly 30 minute call or zoom check in.
Complete questionnaire and schedule a call to discuss options.
Music is a passion of mine and it absolutely enhances training, workout playlists available upon request.
